Bill joined the firm in 1985, and became a partner in 1988. A graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint, he specializes in business and personal taxation services, financial advisory services, consulting with not-for-profit organizations, and public school and charter school consulting and auditing. For over 30 years, he has helped manage the firm’s services to governmental, not-for-profit, and key business entities.


Bill's interest in education issues is reflected by his role as co-founder and former treasurer of the Clio Area Education Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that supports the Clio Area Schools. He is a former Chair of the Clio Community Fund and a former Trustee of the Community Foundation of Greater Flint. In addition, he is a former high school coach. Bill is a member of both the MICPA and the AICPA.
