Kristen is the Founder, and Managing Partner of the firm’s payroll division, TM Payroll Services LLC. She is responsible for the growth, development, retention, and constant client contact with existing and potential TM Payroll Services clients. Kristen dedicated twelve years to a corporate career as a Small Business Consultant, specializing in payroll; payroll taxes; unemployment issues; employer benefit offerings and insurance, and now seven years to Taylor & Morgan’s TM Payroll Services. She has helped over 1300 businesses find a payroll solution that not only works, but fits their specific needs. Her extensive experience and determination to find a top-notch solution for every client, whether a self-employed individual or a 100 employee company helps make TM Payroll Solutions LLC a superior payroll option.

Graduating from Western Michigan University with Honors, Kristen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Market Research. During her college career she was chosen to conduct a paid Market Research Study for the college. She also holds a license from The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services in property, casualty, life, health. She is a member of the The Freedom Center church of Fenton, and enjoys giving to and helping local charities for youth. In her spare time she enjoys helping her grandparents, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their Goldendoodle ‘Willow’.
