HISTORY

| Taylor & Morgan was established in 1982 with the goal of servicing clients predominately in southeastern Michigan. The firm has grown and now services clients across the United States. Our predominate focus is still in Michigan, however, we have established a large presence in the Carolina's and plan to open and office there in the near future. |

| Clients include those involved in manufacturing, construction, dentistry and various medical professions. We also have a large non profit client base including public and charter schools, townships, villages, cities and not for profit clients. |

| A GROWTH ORIENTED APPROACH |
We have participated and formed a number of companies that have grown from start-ups to large profitable operations. For a number of these, we designed and implemented all of the accounting procedures and controls, managed their accounting operations, established banking relationships and credit needs, served on the various boards of directors and assisted management with daily decisions.
Several of these companies grew to a level that they were eventually purchased by various fortune 500 companies. Taylor and Morgan assisted in the negotiations and documentation of these deals from the ground level to completion. |
